Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.


To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 business days.

 

Late or missing refunds

 

If you haven’t received a refund within 5-7 business days, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If more than 10 business days have passed, please reach out to us.

 

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hello@tatrotoys.com.

Gifts

If the item was a gift, a refund will be issued to the original payment method or a credit will be given.

Shipping

If we determine that a refund is due we will send a shipping label to ship your product back to us.
